Thank you for shopping with MevaGuardCar! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your product, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
To start the return process, please contact us at info@mevaguardcar.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for gift orders will be issued to the gift giver.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@mevaguardcar.com or call us at (315) 203-4100. We will offer you the option of receiving a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please provide photos or documentation of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at info@mevaguardcar.com for assistance.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
